Care coordination starts with a comprehensive mental health assessment. Recommendations are then made for the most appropriate treatment option and our case management team works to expedite treatment placement quickly. If a clinical consultation is needed, Behavioral Health Connections provides access to board-certified psychiatrists that can collaborate on treatment plan recommendations and medication management.

Services
We are always prepared to provide an on-site assessment at a hospital, emergency department, clinical office, urgent care center or nursing home that may be unequipped to provide these services.
Using a cloud-based video-conferencing service with high-definition video and audio, our staff provides tele-video assessments for children, adolescents, adults and older adults in need of mental health treatment.
Telepsychiatry allows us to provide psychiatric consultation and liaison services to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, medical clinics, urgent care centers and for managed care plans. Consultation is provided for individuals only when requested by a treating physician.
Assessment Services
Assessment services are delivered onsite at your facility (mobile) or tele-video (remotely) using a secure, inter-active video conferencing platform that can be easily accessed from any computer or tablet. During the level of care assessment, our master’s level clinicians will complete a mental health evaluation and will provide recommendations and placement services.
